About
Specsavers are always looking to attract new talent, but in a competitive market, we had to catch potential candidates off-guard and show them that there’s more than meets the eye with a career at Specsavers. It was essential to help our audience see Specsavers through a different lens. We needed to be disruptive, bold, create an element of surprise and most importantly, produce an eye-catching ad. With the Optician Weekly magazine wrap as our medium, we had a small space to make a big impact. So, we turned to classic Specsavers humour and the ever-recognisable eye test sheet (AKA the Snellen chart) to encourage our audience to take a closer look at Specsavers careers.
